Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through brockindustries.store. It supplements the Terms and Conditions posted on this website. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your needs, contact us before purchasing.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final once access has been provided.

Digital products include guides, implementation bundles, deploy kits, practitioner toolkits, Excel workbooks, SQL files, checklists, templates, dashboards, quick reference cards, and all other downloadable resources sold through this store.

Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately upon delivery, we cannot verify whether a product has been used after access is granted. For this reason, refunds are not available for digital product purchases except as described below.

When We Will Provide a Remedy

We will provide a refund, replacement file, corrected file, store credit, or other appropriate remedy if:

The download link does not work and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
The wrong product was delivered (you received a different product than what you ordered).
The file is corrupted or unreadable due to a problem on our end.
A verified technical issue prevents you from accessing the product you purchased.

To request a remedy, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not provided because:

You changed your mind after downloading the product.
You purchased the wrong license type (Individual, Team/Site, Enterprise, or Consultant).
You no longer need the product.
Your Maximo environment requires customization beyond what the product provides.
You expected the files to work without testing, validation, or modification.
You do not have the required third-party software to open or use the files (such as Microsoft Excel, a database tool, or IBM Maximo).
Your organization does not permit use of downloaded files.
You disagree with the license restrictions after purchase.
The product contents match the product description, but do not meet your subjective expectations.

License Type Errors

If you purchased the wrong license type (for example, an Individual License when you need a Team/Site License), contact us. We can apply the amount paid toward an upgrade to the correct license type. We do not provide refunds for license type errors, but we will work with you to get the right license in place.

Physical Products

Physical books sold through brockindustries.store are subject to this refund policy. If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Physical books purchased through third-party platforms (such as Amazon) are subject to that platform's return and refund policies. Contact the platform directly for returns on those purchases.

Physical books do not automatically include digital companion files. Digital products purchased separately are subject to the digital refund policy above.

Bundles and Kits

Deploy kits, enablement bundles, and other multi-file packages are treated as a single digital product. Partial refunds for individual files within a bundle are not available.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Products purchased at a promotional or discounted price are subject to the same refund policy. If a remedy is provided, the refund or credit amount will be based on the price actually paid, not the original list price.

Store Credit

At our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit may be applied to any future purchase on brockindustries.store and does not expire.
